Thunar: the first display of context menu is too slow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when PagaVCS is installed - openning at first time Thunar context menu couse 
long time waiting untill responce.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fast opening context menu
is it hard to check: `ls .svn` and `ls .git`?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The Thunar has to wait PagaVCS server component to be started if it's not 
already running.

Fix: don't wait the first startup of PagaVCS server component, but add a 
"Loading..." menuitem under the PagaVCS submenu of Thunar. The user have to 
reopen the contextmenu later to see the PagaVCS menuitems
