IE7 needs the json2.js script included in the heartbeatclient html

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Capture a version of IE7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

IE7 should poll for test runs, but instead fails to load due to a missing JSON 
object.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Trunk. IE7 client on Linux server.

Please provide any additional information below.

Patch to fix is attached.
