Add listTitle, or it's equivilent, attribute to <s:select> tag

Enhancement Request:

Request an enhancement to the struts2 plugin select tag. Request an additional 
attribute something like listTitle (similar to listKey and listValue) that will 
provide the property name from which to get the title attribute (tooltip) for 
the underlying option element.
