Struts2 jquery ancchor tad is not disabled #1111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an anchor tag e.g. 

 <sj:a onClickTopics="reload_link" button="true" buttonIcon="ui-icon-refresh" disabled="true" theme="simple" buttonText="false" ></sj:a>    

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It sholud be disabled i.e i cannot click it but instead iam able to click it.

Which struts2 version?
2.3.16.3

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?
3.7.0
