how to invoke Settings screen

As I've translated the strings, I know there are settings for the widget. But I 
still do not know, where can I change them. 

Perhaps, on installation or placing the widget on homescreen, it's beneficial 
to show short instructions how to invoke widget settings screen. It's also a 
good place for changelog if any.

Settings are invoked by clicking on the notification within the first 5 seconds 
or by clicking the indicator portion of the widget itself.
On some homes creens this is hard to do.

I will consider making the notification time longer. IE 10 seconds.

This is changing since there will now be a launcher icon. I'm considering to 
remove the weird status bar update stuff from the notification.
This needs to be fixed before 6.0 ships.

This is done I think. Well a few versions ago anyway. There's now a launcher 
icon on the version that was just released.
