solo.sendKey(KeyEvent.KEYCODE_HOME); doesn't work #557

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch the application
2. call solo.sendKey(KeyEvent.KEYCODE_HOME);
3. application is still running

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to go to home screen. instead, the app is still running.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
robotium 4.3.1, android v4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Unfortunately nothing can be done about this. Robotium only forwards the 
keycode to the instrumentation sendCharacterSync

 instrumentation.sendCharacterSync(keycode);
