Click on link in WebView does not open browser #635

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create application with WebView which contains link to Web-Site 
2. Create test which clicks on this link
3. start test application on *nix platform

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: browser is opened
Actual: browser is not opened

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Robotium 5.2.2 
SDK 23.0.2
OS: *nix

Please provide any additional information below.
On windows with SDK 22.6.2 issue is not reproduced.
