Blank video are getting recorded. #2

I've successfully incorporated MS Clarity into my Flutter app, and the dashboard displays the relevant data. However, the video recordings appear as blank screens. I've included a screenshot of my dashboard for reference.

I tried integrating it with native configuration, but getting same thing Although I tried it with native android app rather than flutter app still same results.

What could be the problem?

I have been the same issue. It looks like that there will not new updates, but I hope that I'm not right. The right path would be that we had the official version by Microsoft.
