What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can not install mygui.jar
2. it seems that .jar is associated with Nokia PC squite.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

What operating system are you on?

You don't need to install .jar files. They are archives of Compiled Java code. 
You should open the .jar file using Java.
