Add Django REST Framework in SKILLS #545

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no option to select Django REST Framework as a skill.

Describe the solution you'd like we can add the Django rest framework just like the other skills.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is no alternative right now.

Additional context It is used for making RESTful APIs for Django. somewhat like express.js. link to Django rest framework: https://www.django-rest-framework.org/
