Adding a Contributor's Page in the website #763

Adding a separate page for showcasing the contributors of this GitHub Repo.

Primarily it will contain :

Project Admin - GH id

Contributors - GH id

and the no. of commits/contributions they did to this repo.

Hope you like this concept @rahuldkjain and allow me to implement this webpage.
