We have given a specific format for the user to input, as shown in the error message. As long as the format is being followed, it will work. As such, we do believe that this is not in scope.

Does having a single whitespace character between the p/ flag and the preferences list itself due to a mistake or oversight by the user have to be something that prompts the invalid command format error message ? Can probably still accept the input or warn the user by mentioning the extra whitespace which they have input
