Added changes to the footer section #26

I made following changes to the footer section in home page and about page

  1. Icons: I added icons from FontAwesome to make the list items visually engaging.
  2. Hover Effects: Each list item enlarges slightly on hover, making it feel interactive.
  3. Text Contrast: Improved the background to have a slightly lighter shade of black for readability.
  4. Spacing: Adjusted the margins and padding for better readability and alignment.
  5. Responsiveness: Ensured the footer adapts well to smaller screens.

@Heshan2691 Make it more cleaner the footer is too big for the screens and check out the latest codes also add issue for this
