Icarus ThreadExpection on closing with no assembly loaded. #569

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete settings ie. 'C:\Users\Kent.Hansen\AppData\Roaming\Gallio\'
2. Launch Icarus.
3. Close Icarus.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect Icarus to close. Instead I get an 'Application.ThreadException' 
expection (see attached).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.368.0 x64. Win 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.

I can't replicate this, I'm afraid. Out of interest, are you using typemock?

I'm not. In fact at the time, I could pretty consistently cause it without 
having any
assembly loaded. Just tried the 3.1.385 build and I can no longer reproduce (it 
was
pretty consistent before). Close it, I will report again if I start to see it 
again.
