Parsing of Date in convert_logs.py has changed in r269.. #55

Please attach your config file to help us reproduce the problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the parsing of date in convert_logs.py has changed in r269
2. the CVS repository may contains the date in format DD/MM/YYYY and not
only in DD-MM-YYYY as the change indicates.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   Parsing of date in the format DD/MM/YYYY for my repository CVS do not
work anymore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  Windows Vista Client, CVS Server Both Unix and Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
The parsing of date in convert_logs.py has changed in r269
The CVS repository may contains the date in format DD/MM/YYYY and not only
in DD-MM-YYYY as the change indicates.
