Convert TFS Log #71

The project I would like to visualize is a TFS project, I took the 
convert_logs.py and added code to be able to handle TFS logs generated from:

tf history $/trunk /recursive /noprompt /format:detailed > log.txt

Is this something you would like to add? I could submit a patch.
