It looks like your typescript installation is not proper!

Your sample is not running in current VS 2017. Can you please update.

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Version 15.0.26228.9 D15RTWSVC Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.6.01586

Will check for latest VS 2017. Earlier I pushed the same with RC version
