Added a Progressbar on scroll and a Scroll-to-top button for UI aesthetics

Fixes #172

Changes :

1. Created the file "components/Progressbar.tsx" : Added a progressbar
2. In the file "app/provider.tsx" : Added the "Progressbar" component and the "ScrollToTop" button from "react-simple-scroll-up"
