What are the requirements? A requirement.txt file would be great. What's the python version?

EXCUSE ME, I have encountered some problems in the process of deep learning and reproducing the code. Could you help me? What is the project operation environment? Hope to get your reply~

I'm currently running this codebase. I think scikit-learn and pandas (with the latest version) should be installed. It will be nice if the authors can give some advice on the tensorflow installation version : )
