Shut down running websites from blacklist after end of pause #72

Would it be possible to link all blacklisted pages currently open to the typical "Impulse Blocker" page after the pause is over? Otherwise, for example, long video content can be watched (a movie for 1h 30min or TV shows of >30) even though one chose to only pause for 5min. I think users would expect and prefer this behaviour and it could be done by "simply" checking the open tabs after the pause ran out.

@mooskagh If this is essential, a similar extenion called LeechBlock supports this

Thanks, I thought Impulse Blocker was the only one with the "Recommended" status, but it turns out not to be the case!
