setup the “RaidGuild Handbook” website as a base for all our operations / guidelines etc. Will serve as “living document” single source of truth for how RaidGuild operates. This will also be our “open source contribution” for other organizations to replicate RaidGuild’s organizational framework

Everything is stored on GitHub so we can track all contributions to the handbook through SourceCred as well as have version control and discuss changes etc
