WrapEth Update Q4 2022

Lets update WrapETH for Goerli support and other nice updates.

Summary

Updating WrapETH to support Goerli and some other quality of life improvements.

• Update to use RainbowKit & Wagmi Hooks
  • Custom ConnectButton for Design System
• Remove Kovan, Rinkeby & Ropsten
• Goerli & Sepolia support
• Use React Hook Forms instead of Formik
  • Potential DS extension also
• Number disappears when i make a tx
• Update README & Rename repo for easier discovery (#s 44/45)
• Check max calculation

Stretched Goals!

• Migrated to nextjs
• Added a toast for better UX when stuff processes

~Pulled some components into the design system as well~ ended up leaving out of this iteration

~- Custom connect button + template wagmi/rainbowkit provider~ ~- Styled number input~

Why should we do this?

The older testnets have been archived and we should provide support for common testnets currently.

How about using Quiver for the ConnectButton/web3 connectivity? Suggesion to stick with the RG fam but not a showstopper in any way
