Long popover menus get cut off in modals

To Reproduce

• As GameMaster of a game, create 10 classes
• As Standard User, create a character
• As GameMaster, try giving class-specific XP to your new character
  • Make sure you give XP by opening the character in a modal, then selecting "Actions" -> "Give XP"
• You should see the cut-off looking something like this:
