Use separate Infura key for auth middleware #87

@dan13ram realized that the reason the "create whitelisted claimable item" flow wasn't working is because the frontend Infura RPC isn't working on the server. So this keeps the frontend Infura key (which can only be used by certain origins), but also adds a server Infura key (which can be used by any origin)
