Add specific Personal Token states to Townsquare to encourage token usage.

Type: State Log
Display actions in TownSquare when a user creates a personal token and when they complete a personal token redemption.
Needed states:
@coopahtroopanew created COOP tokens
@coopahtroopanew completed a redemption request from @auryn for COOP tokens
@coopahtroopanew marked a request to @auryn for BIG tokens as complete
Example:
Please note that the first example is Incoming (completed a redemption) and the second example (marked a request to) is Outgoing. Both of these states should only be displayed after a task is marked complete by the Redeemer in the Dashboard and tokens have been sent back to the Creator's sale contract.
The request will also be seen as Complete in the Completed Redemptions section of the dashboard.
Needed UI:
Include a "Personal Tokens" hashtag in the top menu.
