[WIP] emailing code #29

Code to email about token operations. Not yet called.

I've completed the code, but it is UNTESTED:

  1. SendGrid does not work for me for an unknown reasons, so I can't check real emails.
  2. Creating redemption interface is not yet ready, so I can't check a redemption.

Also, I didn't try to do email design, as design is not my stance.
