User Story

As someone interfacing with personal tokens, I want to be reminded about different tasks and progress updates so that I can expedite the personal token experience.

Why Is this Needed

Summary:

By providing email notifications to users, we belive that the process of redeeming tokens can be expedited.

Description

Type: Feature

Add to Gitcoin's existing in-app & email notifications to include state changes regarding personal tokens. Please note that these state changes should also be displayed in "Activity Feed"
