This PR now contains the below changes that were originally from #52:

• [x] [Buy Token Flow] Validation on redeem cycle is not updating fast enough for transactions to confirm. Resolved by no longer taking user directly to redeem dialog after a purchase

• [x] [Profile] When there are 0 tokens available, BUY should be disabled as well (same as how redeem is currently set)

• [x] [Redeem] Immediately after purchasing, the token balance when Redeeming updates, but says the user does not have enough tokens. Duplicate of the first item

• [x] [Dashboard] Open a modal asking user to confirm a Cancellation request before submitting

• [x] [Dashboard] Open a model asking user to confirm a Completed request before finalizing
