@czepluch please take a look at the submitted work:
Hey all! Sorry that no winner was announced yet. I am doing a bit of vacation this week and will only have time to finalize the judging next week. I hope you're all okay with waiting a bit longer. Apologies for the delay!
Hey @hammadtq , @denhampreen, @coderrick and @nanspro!
Thank you very much for you submissions and once again apologies for the late judging.
@nanspro thanks a lot for the submission. We like the idea of using Raiden to pay for things like music, but we feel that Raiden is utilized very little in your submission and we didn't see it being used in the demo either.
@hammadtq thanks for your submission. Based on your readme and demo video it is quite hard to understand how Raiden is being used efficiently in your solution. It seems like you use Raiden to deposit to the exhange, but this does not really utilize Raiden in a meaningful and clear way for the use case you have chosen.
@coderrick thanks for your submission. It looks like you didn't finish the project. At least we don't see any Raiden related code in the repository you linked and there is no demo showing how your solution works.
@denhampreen thanks a lot for your submission. We really like the idea that you guys came up with and see a good potential for using Raiden for something like money streams. Furthermore your documentation and demo is very nice as well. We hope to see this project being developed into the full version that you guys envision. We have decided to make you guys the winners of this hackathon bounty! Congratulations and well done!
To sum up, thanks for all your contributions and congratulations to @denhampreen and the rest of the team for winning! (https://github.com/wildcards-world/OuroPayments)

The funding of 15000.0 RDN (2954.19 USD @ $0.2/RDN) attached to this issue has been approved & issued to @denhampreen.
Prize Title
Best hack that uses Raiden to do private payments
Prize Bounty
The best submission will be rewarded with 3,000 USD worth of RDN (at the time of creating the Gitcoin bounty).
Challenge Description
Raiden aims to make payments for dApps easy by enabling fast and cheap off-chain transfers. Raiden is especially useful for micro payments or all kinds of streaming, paywall or IoT payments. Furthermore, Raiden offers pseudo anonymous / private transfers by only interacting with the blockchain for opening and closing channels. This means that everything that happens in between is not submitted to a public blockchain for everyone to inspect.
With this in mind we want to see the best hacks that utilize Raiden to preserve privacy in payments.
As Raiden is envisioned to be a technology to power all kinds of payments from any kind of device to any other kind of device, we are hoping to see it being used together with other technologies that are also part of this hackathon. This is not a requirement though.
