Hey all! Sorry that no winner was announced yet. I am doing a bit of vacation this week and will only have time to finalize the judging next week. I hope you're all okay with waiting a bit longer. Apologies for the delay!
Hey there @mingderwang and @as1ndu!
Thank you very much for you submissions and once again apologies for the late judging.
@as1ndu thanks for your submission. We did however not see Raiden being used anywhere in the code and it's also not mentioned in the description. Due to this, we cannot let your submission be judged for this challenge.
@mingderwang thanks a lot for your submission. We think it's a very interesting approach and we hope to see more work being put into this in the future. It was very nice to a see a well explained solutions and a nice video demoing what you built. This submission is the winner of the bounty! Congratulations!
To sum up, thanks for the submissions and congratulations to @mingderwang and team for winning the challenge! (https://github.com/mingderwang/RaidenZero)

Prize Title
Best hack that increases privacy of on-chain transactions in Raiden
Prize Bounty
The best submission will be rewarded with 3,000 USD worth of RDN (at the time of creating the Gitcoin bounty).
Challenge Description
Raiden aims to make payments for dApps easy by enabling fast and cheap off-chain transfers. Raiden is especially useful for micro payments or all kinds of streaming, paywall or IoT payments. Furthermore, Raiden offers pseudo anonymous / private transfers by only interacting with the blockchain for opening and closing channels. This means that everything that happens in between is not submitted to a public blockchain for everyone to inspect.
We would like to see hacks that focus on improving privacy of the interactions with the public blockchain that are needed to open and close Raiden channels.
An example could be to utilize a technology like tornado.cash to mask the origin of funds for a Raiden account. Another option could be to investigate if channel topologies in Raiden could be setup in a way that improve privacy when settlement of channels take place.
