Remove patching of SSL check #33

There are no known problems left regarding SSL usage. Turn it on again until we notice any problems. This corresponds to the change https://github.com/raiden-network/raiden-pathfinding-service/commit/33fcfa425555da39dbc00e5f038b1b5717682769 in the PFS.

This change has not been properly tested.

Closes #14.
