Update smart-contract spec for cooperative settle #346

This adds the necessary modifications to the WithdrawRequest message documentation. The smart contract for the function cooperativeSettle is updated to the new signature. Also, a simplified description of the off-chain protocol to communicate the coop settle is given, and 2 flowcharts are provided in this regard.
