Tesla Coil Not Charging "Constructrons" from Constructron-Continued Mod #233

Description

Flood here,

Illisis and I have been messing with Constructron-Continued which he says is a deep copied Spidertron But even though the Constructron is listed as a vehicle to put equipment into when hovering over the energy absorber the Tesla Coil doesn't seem to recognize it as a vehicle for charging the energy absorbers

Are the vehicles the Tesla Coil charges hardcoded somehow?

What side needs to change to add vehicle compatibility to the Tesla Coil?

Reproduction

Tesla Coil placed near a Constructron with an energy absorber in + Mk3 battery

1.1.55

This needs to be fixed on the Constructron side.
