Give loaders the ability to set filter from circuit connection. #341

Just like filter inserters, I'd like to be able to set filter for loaders from a circuit connection. It makes quickly filling up a rocket in SE with various supplies much easier as I'm used to doing this with miniloaders mod.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible, it would have to be added to the game engine. Loaders are a vanilla entity that simply went unused in the base game. Sorry!

It's possible with miniloaders because those are actually disguised inserters.
