Update flare stack internal name #382

Description

See title. The translation looks wrong to me. It was "Fluid burner" (taken from [item-name]) in an earlier version I happen to have around (1.0.18).

This is in 1.3.22.

The name was changed to Flare Stack, but the internal name was kept the same for compatibility reasons. I will change the internal name for version 2.0.
