HDD temperature not working #198

Hi! Thanks for a beautiful project!

This is a little strange:

HWinfo is working and is showing HDD temperature
CPU temperature is showing correctly
And HDD temperature is not shown (0 degrees always)

Did you refresh Disks Meter after setting the ID? You can do that by middle-clicking the skin, or by right-clicking on it and clicking "refresh".
