Can't place landfill #8

Description

I using the 'Freight Forwarding' mod, which has shallow, regular, and deep water, and MOC won't place landfill. This is especially problematic because I'm using the 'Ghost on Water' mod that alters blueprints to add landfill under all structures so I can build off-shore solar arrays.

Reproduction

  1. Place landfill ghost.
  2. Hover over ghost while MOC is enabled.

@raiguard is this still a thing? Moreover, is the enhancement to add support for MOC to auto-place landfill in addition to being able to place entities?
