Description

It shows the normal stem rates for consumption and generated energy instead of the quality ones. For the quality steam boiler the rate is displayed correct.

Reproduction

Just use the tool on a quality steam generator

The same thing with turbines. Energy production and steam consumption are calculated incorrectly.

I was about to open a new ticket for this but it's already here. Adding that it's doing the same for me even on the latest version.
