Mod does not appear in list of installed mod when game language set to German #109

Hi!

When Factorio game language is set to German, the mod does not appear in list of installed mods. When switching to English/Default, the mod re-appears in that list.

Factorio latest experimental. Have not tried to reproduce issue with any other non-default language.
