Add Estonian translations #46

Since I had already helped with translating Factorio to Estonian, I thought I might translate a To-Do List my acquaintance uses as well. Cheers!

Thank you! I have added the translation to Crowdin. It previously didn't have Estonian for some reason so I added the language to the project. If you would like to help translate my other mods you can do so over there!
