Config file should be parsed as ini, xml, etc instead of shell #9

The user configuration file is currently a shell script. It should be a more easily-editable format, like ini, xml, etc.

This is somewhat related to #6

Fixed by 7e0d90a69cbb698fcdbddb34cb7c67b7834d4289 Will be closed when universalis is merged for autobuild 2.0.0 release
