Corrections for thermistor beta values. (Not verified, based on FB group feedback, but I believe they're correct)

I didn't notice this one. But I've verified and submitted further corrections in https://github.com/railcore/configs/pull/58

Should we get the other terms from #58 included on this update as well to get these params in sync (even though this is in the "unmaintained" config)?
