Add Nylon spacers to the BOM for the Duet and Duex5 #13

As title. Self-sourcers can get stuck on that bit if they don't have standoffs "in stock"

Should likely just upload the printable ones I've been using and add them to the parts list.

I made some brackets with heat-set inserts on both sides so that you can screw the brackets through the side panel and then screw the duet/duex into the bracket. Makes assembly a lot easier than spacers and nuts - might be something we should entertain "upstream" as well?

I've considered modeling a duet + duex5 "holder" that has integrated wire minders, so it tidies it all up nicely. But it's been "on the list" for over a year now.

@kraegar printable ones will be a reasonable step to start with. Do you have a link to the ones you used to save me digging through Thingiverse? They can then be added to the parts repo and to the docs
