Creative locomotives can't be color

Description of the Bug

I color the creative loco orange Yet they stoll function as black as black

To Reproduce

1. have a creative locomotive and dye it in crafting table
2. item show it have been dyed

Expected behavior

1. it will come out as undyed
2. and function as undyed locomotive
