Use proper tag `#forge:.../saltpeter` for Saltpeter #208

The Issue Saltpeter is not tagged correctly. It should be tagged as saltpeter (and, probably, niter - thanks CoFH for the mess!). Salt is for table salt (NaCl).

The Proposal Use correct tag

Possible Side Effects None

Alternatives Convince authors of other mods (Thermal series, Alchemistry, etc) to use forge:.../salt for saltpeter. Just kidding.

Great! I have no idea what files in .cache are, so maybe I should not have touched them ...
