MacType does not render in Pale Moon x86/x64 (Firefox Community Build)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Pale Moon web browser
2. Notice that text is not being rendered by mactype

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected mactype to render text inside Pale Moon. I see the text being 
rendered by the default windows rendering system instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pale Moon 15.3 on Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
The only part of the window that is being rendered by mactype seems to be the 
title bar. Everything else is not.

Pale moon is under the same architecture as firefox, so you need to turn off 
the hardware acceleration to enable mactype render. To turn off the hw acc, 
uncheck the hw acceleration box in option dialog and restart pale moon, and 
everything wil be ok.
