Can't install MacType on Win 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch MacTypeInstaller_2012_1022_0.exe on Windows 8 Pro with Media Center 
(x64)
2. Select English language.
3. Select Typical install option.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Attempting to install MacType, but install fails.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest MacType installer available - 2012 1022 0.
Windows 8 Pro with Media Center, x64 OS.

Please provide any additional information below.
Installer can't find .ini and .exe files in temporary folder (see attachment). 
I've checked manually that folder and it is surely empty during install 
process. Running installer as administrator doesn't resolve issue.

Update: The problem has gone!
I've downloaded the same installer version (2012 1022 0) and retried to install 
MacType and now it was successfull.
It's strange, because I've tried to install MacType several times in the past, 
maybe some updates has made some kind of magic!
You can close this issue for now.
