针对问题 1

在「长沙地铁APP」中，点击「服务」->「票价表」。可以看到西环线所属车站的车站编号为「31xx」。附图见下方。

针对问题 2

山塘站仅为普通车站，不具备换乘条件。目前与3号线与西环线贯通运行，乘客无需下车，运转列车起讫点为「广生」站<-->「湘潭北（站）」站。远期分段运行规划尚未确定。
