Add osm tag railway=ferry as valid way #9

Hello, This pull request is about adding some existing connections where a train ships into a ferry boat. Currently, 3 cases (8 ways) are flagged as railway=ferry around the world in OSM.

I no longer have write access to this repo but i do approve this PR. @PierreGe or @HuguesBrun could one of you merge this ? <3

I'm currently working for Eurostat at European Commission. This corp is let's say OSM friendly ;).
