Add 2018 coaching companies to site #530

In 2016 we had added coaching companies to the website on a separate page, which I found was a nice touch (example).

It would be great to do this again, and for that we'd need to:

[ ] check with all 2018 teams whether they have a coaching company (through supervisors?)
[ ] ask coaching companies for their logo
[ ] create the page

@nerdyvaishali did you have a list of coaching companies from 2018 by any chance (through the supervisors or something)? If we could add it here, I can get logos from the company and make this a beginner-friendly issue. :)
